SPRING HARVEST DINNER @ THE FACTORY

We launched our Friends of the Café Dinner Series in May of 2014 as a way to connect award-winning chefs to our wonderful community. We’ve brought in talent from all across the region and are excited to finally highlight our own.

Many of you may already know our café chef, Zachariah Chanin. (If you don’t, you can learn more about him in this post on our Journal.) If you stop in for lunch, you’re likely to see him in the café, sharing cooking tips, samples, and stories with our café patrons. He’s spearheaded on-the-ground support for our visiting chefs, and he also oversees our growing catering division, along with menu development and daily café operations.

This Saturday, Zach will be helming the kitchen for our Spring Harvest Dinner, a special program as part of our Friends of the Café Series.

$78 per person for an all-inclusive evening with cocktails, appetizers, four courses, and wine pairings.

Highlighting heritage-breed pork and organic spring vegetables from Bluewater Creek Farm.

Advance registration is required; we will have a guest list at the door. Casual attire suggested.

    Zach is awesome!!!! And even though I went to several restaurants during my stay in Florence, Zach was by far my favorite chef. Memorable meals!
