VALENTINE’S SUPPER @ THE FACTORY

The Factory Café presents our first Valentine’s Supper on Tuesday, February 14th, with our head chef Zach Chanin.

The Factory will be set with candlelit tables and family style seating for a romantic evening with exceptional ambiance. Our all-inclusive dinner features cocktails, appetizers, four plated courses, and wine pairings.

The night will begin with our signature Valentine’s Cocktail, the Romeo and Juliet, made with Cranberry MOTHER shrub, Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic, Prosecco, and Hibiscus sugar. The menu* and wine pairings are as follows:

First Course
Mixed greens, artichoke hearts, beets, pomegranate seeds,
tossed in a pomegranate vinaigrette
Terra Santa – IGP lle de Beaute’ Rosé

Second Course
Roasted Tomato Soup with grilled cheese
on brioche with manchego cheese
Terra Santa – IGP lle de Beaute’ Rosé

Third Course
Prime Rib with chimichurri sauce, Brussels sprouts gratin, and fingerling potatoes
Bedrock – North Coast Syrah – 2015

Fourth Course
Triple Chocolate Cake with blood orange raspberry syrup
Col Vetoraz – Prosecco di Valdo. Brut – 2015
