SPRING HARVEST SUPPER

Now in its second year, Chef Zach Chanin’s Spring Harvest Supper takes place mid-season on May 27th.  With a menu highlighting local farms and purveyors, the all-inclusive supper costs $100 per person and includes cocktails, appetizers, four courses, and wine pairings.

Each course will offer our guests seasonal fare made in-house by Chef Zach and his kitchen team. The meal will highlight Bluewater Creek Farm with farm-to-table pork butchered by Zach. Every course will be made with fresh, organic ingredients. We’re eager to see what will be ready to harvest for the dinner. Zach’s house fermented vegetables will also make an appearance on the menu.

The signature cocktail for the night will the “Berry Harvest,” made with strawberries and Prosecco. All wine pairings will be provided by Grassroots Wine out of Birmingham, Alabama. Grassroots supports small, regional wineries, cares about the communities they work with, and believes in “farms, not factories”. Our featured beer will be from local favorite, Singin’ River Brewing Co., the first craft brewery of The Shoals.

Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30pm, followed by dinner at 7:30pm. Casual attire is suggested.
