Chef Ray will be highlighting heritage meats and organic spring vegetables and fare from regional and local farms. $100 per person includes an all-inclusive evening with cocktails, appetizers, four courses, and wine pairings. This dinner is currently sold out, but you can contact Anne Ryan at 256-701-8667 if you wish to be added to the waitlist.
Treat Mom to Sunday brunch featuring a specialty menu and a mimosa (or a few). This brunch is a perfect family event, has two seatings, and has sold out in previous years. This year, we are taking reservations instead of prepayments.
James Beard Award-winning chef Rebecca Wilcomb will be the star of the second installment of The Factory Café’s 2018 Friends of the Café Dinner Series. Hailing from New Orleans, Rebecca will serve a four-course dinner with cocktails, appetizers, and wine pairings. Like all of our Friends of the Café Dinners, the event benefits the Southern Foodways Alliance.
The first of its kind in The Shoals, Chef Ray and team will be serving a multi-course meal with beer and wine pairings in an intimate and casual dining experience. The Factory Supper Club is shaping up to be one of The Factory Café’s most popular event series. This multi-course supper will highlight late summer/early fall produce (let’s hope it’s still tomato season) and courses are paired with beer and wine. Tickets will go on sale in August 2018.
