I struggle these days – not with what to do but – with how to do things the right way.
I find myself sitting up at night, rolling through ideas, and questioning action.
Visiting 2 or 3 Things I Know , I was reminded of Juan Ignacio Moralejo.
I adore his way of looking at work:
“I prefer the vulnerability of trying to do something honest.”

What do you think of Dr. Brené Brown?
(Thanks to Jennifer Venditti for sending along the link to Brené Brown and for a long and fascinating conversation on vulnerability.)
Dig Juan. Long live the indie publisher.
Such a beautiful sentiment. I often think about this just not in such eloquent terms. Whenever you put yourself out there, no matter if it is just telling the truth or sharing your feelings with someone it makes you susceptible to people knowing the real you, which I think is the most beautiful gift you can give a person.

I read Dr Brown’s 2nd book, and now I’m reading the first. Her work nails it. Brilliant.
Thank you Natalie for sharing. I am currently running a blog series on creativity titled wish, create, live…and I am postponing the post I wrote for today b/c I am so anxious to share Dr. Brown’s “story” on vulnerability…as we can all relate.
thank you for your informative and thought provoking articles. i shared the Brene Brown TED talk with a friend. she said it was just what she needed that day.
