My friend Tasia of Belle Chevre – that wonderful goat cheese I’ve mentioned (a few times) before  –  has created Make Your Own Goat Cheese Kits. I love this idea for a Mother’s Day gift. Maybe if I let my Picky Eater help me make it, she’ll actually eat it. Kit includes everything you need, just add milk (and Mom).

Visit Belle Chevre’s beautiful new tasting room in Elkmont, Alabama.

Interesting.. My yogurt maker and culture just arrived today. I’m so excited that I’ve found a source for raw goat’s milk here in Charleston and am looking forward to having goat milk yogurt and cheese.

Thank you for the post…. I could live on goat cheese! It’s a good thing I sew, because now that can make my own chèvre I foresee a lot of creative upward sized alterations in my future. X
