Today, June 17th, is National Eat Your Vegetables Day. Locally sourced organic vegetables have always been the cornerstone of the meals served at The Factory Café, and like many of our readers, farmer’s market produce is a staple on our home tables. So in honor of this little known (but delicious) holiday, this week we share some of our favorite veggie-based recipes and garden inspired posts from the Journal.

Every Friday this summer, join us at The Factory Café for Burger Friday. Along with the hearty Factory Burger, we also offer the Carrot Dog. This delicious vegetarian option is a carrot that has been slow roasted and spiced and is served on a bun with purple slaw, ketchup, and stone ground mustard. Learn about Burger Friday here.
